By downloading or using Docly Scanner you agree to these terms, together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App.

Subscriptions

• Docly Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, monthly or yearly.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Prices are shown in the App in your local currency and may vary by region.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the documents you scan and share, and for having the right to do so. Do not use the App for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. Text recognition is statistical and may contain errors; check important documents yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexarix Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data. Keep your own backups of important documents.
